Increased business through leads and referrals.
Tools to network more effectively.

Membership Commitment Pledge:

Have fellow member satisfy business or personal needs whenever possible.
Recruit 1 Member to growNEO in first year of membership.
Provide four or more qualified business referrals per month to any member.
Take "ownership" of growNEO by being active in all aspects of the organization and by serving as an officer chairperson or a committee, or a committee member during the term of membership.
Conform to attendance requirements, miss no more than two consecutive business meetings without excuse, or 4 business meetings in a quarter.
Conform to the growNEO bylaws and subsequent changes.
Report any breach of ethics to the Ethics Committee.
Not belong to any other networking organization of similar type organized for the purpose of exchanging business referrals.
